Once you have some options you are interested in, our Consultants will arrange the presentations or briefings for you either Video Call or Face to Face in an Iconic Places in Dubai or Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaima.

APPLICATION
After briefing the properties or projects, tell your Consultant which one you liked so that they can put in an application for you and start booking process for you, hassle free. You will be requested to share your personal docs like Passport Copy, Email, phone number / Home address and fill out Customer Information Sheet or KYC (know your customer form).
During Booking Process you will need to transfer some funds to book or simply forward a cheque on the name of Developer as Expression of Interest for cases of Pre-Launches or Launching Projects or directly will pay Reservation Fees straight away.
